Learning On Your Own
Many people discover that they enjoy learning on their own – in their own way and at their own pace. This is sometimes referred to as “self-directed learning.” To do this successfully, people usually need a combination of motivation, organizational systems, time, and quality education materials. Self-directed learning can also be combined with a traditional education or training program to increase a person’s competitive edge in the job market. The more knowledge, skills, and credentials you have, the better.
