Providing youth with an opportunity to follow an employee for 4-8 hours, during a typical work day, is a great way to help youth learn about the workplace and a career they are interested in.  It’s also a great way to give back to the community, contribute to the health of the economy, and introduce prospective interns and employees to your business.  These experiences can be life changing for youth who participate in them. Here are some resources to make the experience more sustainable and meaningful for all involved.
