This website is designed by and for local young people in Franklin and Hampshire counties. Here you will find things to do for fun, places to go, and resources that are available to youth and their families. Additionally, you will find extensive job related resources and worksheets to help youth plan for the future. Whether you're raising a family, going on to higher education, or joining the work force, resources found here can help young people think about the present in order to better plan for the future.

Even if you’re not looking for a job right now, you can still get ready to work. You’ve heard the term: “The early bird gets the worm,” well summer job recruitment often begins in March; internships and employment opportunities may be filled by June.  Get ready now by working on your resume, building your network and polishing your interview skills.

Click around this site to avail yourself of the helpful resources, and don’t be afraid to contact us if we can help. In addition to supporting youth employment readiness through school to career and workforce investment programs, the folks at the Regional Employment Board and Career Center offer regular events such as those pictured in the slideshow above.

Check back often to learn about upcoming opportunities.
